Shared facilities refers to the option most clients choose. The team is basically constituted of developers sharing the same office space as other customer teams. This means that safety is limited to the logical separation of networks and data. The development and test server ports with limitation settings as well as the client VPN connections. SENSO BS7799 information security certification will ensure the business continuity. One of the greatest benefits of choosing shared facilities is low start-up and sustainable operating costs.
Special facilities will provide specific venues for each customer, i.e. venues are separated from other teams of SENSO. It has separate safe entrances and port codes. Only customer team members and authorized personnel have the access to them. The server is managed by teams and the port is limited to be used by authorized team members.
In addition to be in compliance with the corporate information security policy, each team member has to sign client specific Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The cost for the establishment and operation of a specific offshore development center comprises the new decoration of office, special hardware and software purchasing, and ongoing maintenance of venues.
Safety facilities will provide customers with the most advanced security control. The project team will not only have a separate office space, and office is secure 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and limits visitors. The LAN will be completely separated, and the office is monitored by CCTV system. In addition, the hard drive of the workstation will be removed or locked, thus all the data will be stored in designated servers.Each team member has to sign client specific Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and non-competition agreements. Other client specific safety requirements will also be implemented.
