The Client

The client is a statutory authority inherent to the Australian government. Its objective is to always assess and discuss ways to bring services to the public in the most effective and effecient ways. In an effort to streamline operations and increase efficiency, SENSO was contacted for advice. After discussion, it was agreed that a new Content Management System should be implemented. As a matter of fact, the existing infrastructure was parceled and information was scattered in different departments within different CMS.

Proposal

SENSO's proposal included 3 points:

• Data analysis- Data needed to be analysed and reorganised in order to eliminate redundancy and/or duplications.
• Content Management System design and implementation
• Alignment of front end with back end to dramatically increase ease of operations

Outcomes

Not only was the client very pleased by our analysis of the situation and of their requirements but they also could appreciate an immediate gain in productivity in their daily operations.
